Life expectancy is only 50 years. And this country's past has been marred by politically induced genocide. Hepatitis, typhoid, malaria and sleeping sickness are high risks in some locations. But, you know, what, in spite of it all there is hope in that country and much of that hope is fueled by ADRA workers who are on the job changing lives.
