Mario H. Ochoa, Executive Vice President Originally from Chile, Mario Ochoa has been part of the ADRA network for more than 35 years. Trained as an attorney, he was country director for ADRA Chile before joining ADRA International in 1980 as vice president. |

Gideon M. Mutero, Vice President for Finance Originally from Kenya, Gideon Mutero was chair of the board for the ADRA Burundi office, in Central Africa, before assuming his current role in 2006. Prior to joining ADRA, he served in various finance leadership roles in East Africa. He holds an MBA in Finance. |

Ken Flemmer, Bureau Chief for Internal Compliance Ken Flemmer has been with the ADRA network since 1984. Prior to joining ADRA, he worked as a teacher in Japan and Liberia. His team is responsible for reviewing the effectiveness of ADRA projects at the field level and developing a security system to respond to the growing threats to aid workers around the world. |

Olivier Guth, Bureau Chief for Finance and Operations A native of France, Olivier Guth has been in the ADRA network for more than 18 years, spending 10 years in West Africa where he managed a variety of development projects, including a vocation school in Burkina Faso. His team oversees ADRA’s financial health and ensures that all operations follow the highest fiscal standards.

Greg Young, Interim Bureau Chief for Human Resources Greg Young has been in the ADRA network since 1998 and was country director for ADRA Thailand before coming to ADRA International. This bureau strives to fulfill the personnel needs of the agency and oversees the ADRA Professional Leadership Institute (APLI), an initiative designed to help ADRA’s worldwide staff remain at the cutting edge of trends and principles of humanitarian work. |

Julio C. Muñoz, Bureau Chief for Marketing and Development Julio Muñoz joined ADRA International in 1993. He has more than 15 years of communication and marketing experience. He works with a creative group of professionals who promote ADRA’s humanitarian ministry through a variety of print and Web publications and implement the fundraising strategies of the agency. |

Jennifer Schmidt, Bureau Chief for Planning Jennifer Schmidt has been with ADRA International since 1995. She leads a team whose main focus is project planning and new business development, with secondary responsibilities that include United Nations representation, strategic planning, and advocacy representation. Bureau staff work to establish strong partnerships within and outside the agency, and develop programs that build from ADRA’s mission. |

Frank Teeuwen, Bureau Chief for Emergency Management A native of the Netherlands, Frank Teeuwen has been in the ADRA network since 1987 having worked as country director for the Netherlands and the Gambia. His team oversees ADRA’s emergency readiness plans and manage the agency’s response during disasters. |

Mark Webster, Bureau Chief for Program Management Originally from Australia, Mark Webster was country director for ADRA Nepal before assuming his current role at ADRA International. The Program Management team oversees all the United States government funded grants and is responsible for reporting to donors who partner with ADRA. |
