Pioneer in Global Adventist Development and Relief Dies By ADRA International The Adventist Development and Relief Agency deeply regrets the passing of Elder Milton E. Nebblett, an ADRA pioneer. “He was a real force in developing SAWS, ADRA’s precursor,” remembers Mario Ochoa, Vice President for Network Relations. Elder Nebblett was also the writer for the first matching grant obtained by ADRA from USAID in 1981. From the family, “After a long journey into that Good Night, Elder Milton E. Nebblett died quietly at home on September 13, 2012 with the love of his life holding his hand. His legacy will be his commitment to God, his unwavering love for his wife, Ivy, his family, and the countless people the world over who have benefitted from his love in action.” Funeral services:
