The Adventist Development and Relief Agency International Presidential Search Update By ADRA International The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) International extend the deadline for applicants in search for its fifth president. Our Presidential Search Announcement has generated quite a bit of interest. We are very excited about the number and the quality of individuals who have applied for or have been nominated to this position. Some individuals did not hear about the announcement early enough to apply or send in nominations by our deadline today; others experienced technical difficulties with our e-mail address. We are, therefore, extending the deadline to submit applications and nominations to September 14, 2012. For consideration, nominations and applications must be received at the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists by September 14, 2012. All nominees who wish to be considered and all applicants must submit the required documents: a cover letter expressing interest and summarizing qualifications, a comprehensive resume or curriculum vitae, and a roster of five professional references along with their contact information to ADRASearch@gc.adventist.org by the same date, September 14, 2012. Additional information, documentation, and interviews will be required of finalists. Pending a successful search process, selection will occur at the October 10, 2012 meeting of the ADRA International Board of Directors.
